  • Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace health insurance assistance.
  • Health insurance quotes, comparisons, and plan selection assistance.
  • New enrollment and annual renewal assistance.
  • Policy servicing and coverage updates.

3. Consumer Authorization and Enrollment Consent

CFM Health LLC will obtain and document the consumer’s authorization as required by applicable law before accessing Marketplace applications, assisting with enrollments, making policy changes, or performing other activities requiring consent.

Consumer authorization may be documented through approved electronic signatures, written authorization, recorded verbal consent, or other legally permitted methods.

Such authorization must identify its scope, purpose, duration, and revocation process.

Consumers may revoke authorization by contacting CFM Health LLC. Revocation will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any previously authorized transactions.

Agreement to these website Terms and Conditions alone does not constitute authorization to enroll a consumer, modify an insurance application, or act as the consumer’s agent of record.

  • Insurance inquiries and requested quotes.
  • Enrollment and renewal assistance.

  • Promotional offers and marketing communications, where separately authorized.

Certain communications may use automated technology, prerecorded messages, or artificial intelligence-assisted systems, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

Providing a telephone number or using our website does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or texts.

Where required, CFM Health LLC will obtain separate, express consent before sending marketing communications using regulated automated technologies.

Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving our services.

5. TCPA and Communications Compliance

Where applicable, CFM Health LLC will:

Message frequency varies based on consumer activity and the applicable messaging program.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.

Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary and is not required to obtain insurance services.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Legal name and contact information.

Information may be shared with authorized insurance carriers, Marketplace entities, enrollment technology providers, contracted service providers, and regulatory authorities when necessary and legally permitted.

CFM Health LLC implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it maintains.

Additional details regarding information collection, use, retention, and consumer rights are provided in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CFM Health LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from violations of applicable consumer protection, insurance, or privacy laws.

17. Termination of Services

Consumers may discontinue using CFM Health LLC’s services or request termination of the agency relationship, subject to applicable insurance and Marketplace procedures.

Termination of the agency relationship does not automatically cancel an insurance policy.

Consumers seeking to cancel insurance coverage should follow the applicable Marketplace or carrier procedures.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another state’s mandatory consumer protection laws control.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of a court having proper authority.

19. Changes to Terms and Conditions

CFM Health LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
